Recently completed an application of ProtectaClear to my powder room copper sink. By following the directions, I had no problems applying Protectaclear. Now my copper sink doesn't change patina after mere water touches it. I also applied ProtectaClear to the faucet handles and spigot. They also look great!

ProtectaClear will seal & protect polished metal or stainless steel to prevent tarnish & protect the finish. Seal & Protect metal such as copper, brass, jewelry, stainless steel, aluminum, wheels, door handles, grills, sinks, and more. ProtectaClear has a tough & durable finish that is practically invisible and provides outstanding protection.

ProtectaClear can be applied by dipping, spraying or painting on the coating. It is really a personal preference. The ProtectaClear spray can is great for chains and other intricate projects.

**Not included ***The solvent for the recommended final step of cleaning bare or unpainted metal is not included however here is a link to 99% Isopropyl Alcohol that is an alternative to xylene or denatured alcohol. This will save you a trip to the hardware store. If you include the Alcohol in your order, please choose ground shipping.

Aerosol cans MUST be shipped by GROUND. If you don't want to wait for ground shipping or if you are an overseas customer, you can purchase the liquid ProtectaClear and a Preval sprayer instead. The Preval sprayer turns ProtectaClear into a spray. We have them both on our site and they can ship to you together by air.
