Shipping

We realize that shipping charges are expensive. We only charge the actual cost of shipping add NO handling or any other fees to the shipping. We choose not to include catalogs or advertising to our shipments to minimize shipping costs. 


We ship by UPS and the US Postal Service. When you add items to your cart, there is a Shipping Calculator button on the page so you can see the shipping options available.  
 
The following shipping options are available:
US Postal Service - Ground Advantage and Priority Mail are available and have detailed tracking.   Orders placed after 1:00 pm Pacific Time will be shipped the next business day.  
 
Postal Shipping Options (in the Continental U.S.)
  • USPS Ground Advantage- 3-6 days delivery. 
  • Priority Mail -2-4 days delivery.

Note: Retail Ground Advantage can occasionally look like they are stuck in the originating post office, even though they are in transit.  Delivery timeframe delays due to weather and unforseen events can occur. 

UPS - 
If you require guaranteed delivery or are in a rush, you might want to opt for UPS Next Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Saver, as these services offer guaranteed delivery times by UPS. All other service level delivery times can depend on your location and are subject to delays. We ship from Northern California. UPS Ground shipping to the Eastern U.S. usually takes 4-5 business days, weather permitting. Please see the map below for detailed transit times.

Aerosols and CA Formulations Require Ground Shipment: DOT regulations require that Aerosol cans can not be shipped by air and MUST be shipped by ground. 
The California formulations (faster dryng) of Everbrite and ProtectaClear must also be shipped by ground.  Both USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground can be used to ship aerosols and the Low VOC formulations of our coatings. 
Other LImitations:
Packages through the US Mail have a limitation of one gallon of liquid. If you order more than a gallon of liquid by mail, your order will arrive in separate packages. 
 
NOTE for International Customers: In addition to the shipping charges you pay, there will be charges that must be paid prior to delivery, which may include tax, duties and brokerage fees. These are assessed by the destination country and are out of our control. We strongly suggest that you purchase from our International Distributors if possible. Click Here for a link to our Distributor Page

Delivery times for international packages shipped by the US Postal Service are frequently very long and unreliable.  Due to tax codes, we are unable to ship to EU countries with the US Postal Service.

Everbrite, Inc. Return and Cancellation Policy

Returns

Returns are accepted if all of the following apply:

• Customer has Proof of Purchase. This includes a copy of or the original sales receipt.

• Return is made within 120 days of purchase.  

• The item(s) is unopened and is in original condition, as when purchased. Opened cans of liquid coating cannot be returned because they leak during shipping if opened.

We will credit your account for the items returned in good condition. There may be a restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

 You must call our office for authorization to return any package.   We will give you the correct return address. Please call 916-852-0200.

Please make sure to package the products with plenty of packing material so the items are protected from damage.  Once we receive the undamaged package back, we will issue a refund for the products returned.

Canceling an Order Before it is Shipped.

Customer satisfaction is important to all of us at Everbrite, Inc. We will ship your merchandise as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet shipped we can cancel it for you. If your order is canceled before it ships we will refund the entire amount to your credit card (shipping charges and taxes, if applicable, are included.)
