ProtectaClear with Neutralizer

ProtectaClear Kits with Neutralizer Kits for metal that needs to be neutralized.  If acids are used to clean the metal, then they must be neutralized.  EZ-Prep Neutralizer is mixed 4 to 1 with water to neutralize the acid.
